Goal
To offer listeners of Village Fm the opportunity to interact with radio producers using their cell phones, in a way that's simple and fun.
Procedure
- Radio producers communicate the keyword and the short code
- Users text the keyword followed by their personal comment
- An automatic response informs them that their message has been successfully received
- By taking part in this interactive process listeners can regularly compete for numerous prizes
- By sending more than one messages, users can also multiply the chances of winning the prize offered at the particular contest
- Producers can easily answer to each message individually and therefore create a personal relationship with listeners
- Producers have the ability to see all received messages in real time through Internetq’s user friendly interactive platform
- Further services are also available such as ‘Now playing’ that allows listeners using their mobile to receive a free text message informing them about the title and the artist of the song aired at the station at that time
