Multi operator chat Interface for Taxi Makedonia

A mobile dialogue application created for Radio Taxi Makedonia to allow booking a taxi just by sending an sms message.

Goal

Internetq’s sms application enables the taxi company to relieve its customers from long hour call waiting and extend service to clients to make the booking quick and easy.

Procedure

Internetq provides a web-based application fully customized to enable the taxi company to receive text messages from clients and transfer their requests to the CRM software of the Taxi Company. It works as a practical and simple tool for people wanting to save time as well as money:

  • Users text their location (City, Address and number)
  • And they receive back:

First text message informing them about the reception of their request

Second text message informing them about the vehicle availability for the route, the vehicle number and the time needed to reach the start up point.

Additional details:

  • Users are able to cancel the reservation by simply sending an SMS to the service
  • Users receive help message in case they text false data to the service
  • In case there is no drivers available at the specific location, a default message is sent to the user
  • There is no limit to how many times a user can access the service

Time of completion

The service can be set within a working day. All aspects the service can be adjusted once usage data is received and analyzed in real-time, thus maximizing the project's success.

How it works:

Acknowledging reception First reception of message is acknowledged and user is informed that an officital acceptance and status update will come in the next 2 minutes.

Accepting & updating status The service status is confirmed and the taxi number and estimated time of arrival are given. Address is repeated to confirm status to the user.
