Internetq to acquire mpGreek
Internetq SA and Greased Networks Inc. announced today that the two companies have entered into an assets acquisition agreement for Internetq to acquire mpGreek, Musicnow, myStage Services. Greased Networks owns the biggest digital music services network for Greek music with a library of more than 2 million Greek and International tracks.
The acquisition includes mpGreek’s approximately 225,000 digital entertainment registered users, its Web-based customer service platform, and innovative mobile capabilities.
