Panagiotis Dimitropoulos
Founder & Executive Chairman
Panagiotis, 38, founded Internetq in 1999 after working for ten years as a credit and financial analyst in major Greek financial institutions. He holds a degree in Law from Athens University and an MBA from ALBA, and has authored a book on financial derivatives in the Greek market. His objective for the coming year is the strategic positioning of Internetq in the international market through innovation and rapid deployment of new ideas.
Konstantinos Korletis
Chief Executive Officer
Konstantinos joined Internetq as a non-executive board member in 2008 and assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer in 2010. Born in Thessaloniki, Greece, in 1969, his background includes a degree in Marketing Management and an MBA in Corporate Finance & Capital Markets from the Stern School of Business at NYU. Since 2003 and till recently Konstantinos was General Manager of Liberis Media, the region’s largest consumer magazine publisher, and he still retains a non-executive position as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Other lead positions include Vice President of Citigroup’s Corporate Finance Division in Greece and CFO & International Development Director of a major industrial group.
Thodoris Kondilis
Chief Development Officer
Thodoris has headed the Software Development & Business Solutions Department at Internetq since 2001, bringing expertise in a wide range of technologies & applications from time-critical to business-critical areas. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering & Informatics from the University of Patras. Previously, he has worked as project manager at Advanced Informatics Ltd, research assistant at Academic Computer Technology Institute, team leader at Multimedia Graphics & GIS Laboratory, and as course assistant at the University of Patras. Thodoris directs the development of the company's business solutions and leads the implementation of corporate strategy in exploring the latest high-risk & high-return application technologies, aiming to create new revenue streams through innovation. He serves as an adviser to the CEO and the Board on strategic decision making and provides the technical insight to complement the Board's business vision.
Stathis Koutsogeorgos
Chief Product Officer
Stathis is the director of the Product Development Department responsible for product design and related lifecycle operations. He graduated from the University of Patras in 1999 as an Electrical Engineer with a specialization in Computer Science. Through extensive work experience he has acquired specialized knowledge of Web, NLP and Voice Applications and has participated in a large variety of projects before joining Internetq in 2002. He has participated in all Internetq software development since joining the company and was quickly promoted to lead the company’s VAS software development. His strong technical background, considerable experience in the mobile market and his numerous personal skills has made him highly successful in his current position.
Yiannis Liaropoulos
Chief Commercial Officer
Yiannis joined Internetq in 2004, now holding the position of Chief Commercial Officer. He holds a BEng in Electronics and an MSc in Telematics from Middlesex University, which he completed in 1998. Yiannis completed his Greek military service as a lieutenant in 2000 and has since acquired extensive work experience in media including a position as Sales Advertising Director for the television division of a major Greek media group.
Kostas Papoutsis
Chief Operations Officer
Kostas Papoutsis graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and was awarded the inaugural Electrical Engineering Thesis award (1996). He holds a diploma in Management from the University of Leuven (Belgium) and an MBA from the Universities of Leuven & UCI, USA. Prior to joining Internetq, he was Vice President of Mobile Marketing and Large Scale Campaigns at Velti SA, where he established his position as one of the leading innovators in mobile marketing and advertising globally. His managerial experience also includes senior roles at British Telecom, Vodafone Greece, Vizzavi, Intracom Greece and General Motors Germany.
Michalis Zervakis
Chief Technology Officer
Michalis has been working with Internetq for several years and is the chief architect of the IT infrastructure that hosts over 500 Internetq services. Michalis leads his team in support the operations of Internetq globally and managing server rooms in three different countries. A telecommunications and technology expert, he has been a Microsoft Certified Engineer since 2003 and is a graduate of Athens University in Business & Economics.
Mustafa Serez
Country Manager, Turkey
Mustafa, 39, began his career in the media and advertising industry. Mustafa’s entrepreneurial spirit and professional background enabled him to launch two highly successful companies in Kazakhstan in 1995 - Euro Media Marketing and IronMark/BBDO Advertisement (which was the local partner of BBDO and was sold to the group in 2002). In 2005, after working for 9 years in the advertising industry he made his move to the mVAS market. He started as the Managing Director of MEGA Telecommunications where he launched Turkey’s first interactive TV channel. In his career, Mustafa has a proven track record with various media and advertising companies such as ATV Europe, Nielsen, BBDO and American Broadcasters. In May 2008 he moved to Internetq as the regional manager in charge of Turkey and Central Asia CIS countries.
Roman Smirnov
Country Manager, Russia
Roman comes from an engineering background, with the unique experience of having been involved in web projects in Russia from the very early days of the internet. He has expertise in developing distributed banking applications and experience in over 40 VAS projects worldwide, from Saudi Arabia to Russia and Nepal. Notably, he served as Head of VAS with the first private mobile operator to launch in Nepal, which allows him an excellent understanding of the requirements of mobile operators in developing markets. Roman joined Internetq in 2008 as Country Manager for Russia, and has also been involved in the implementation of several promotions worldwide.
Grzegorz Witerski
Country Manager, Poland
Grzegorz graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in 1995, with a specialization in Marketing and Management. He worked for over 12 years in international media advertising for Carat and Aegis Media. He has experience and expertise in all aspects of media business: strategic planning, buying, training and R&D. Grzegorz participated as consultant/advisor in acquisitions of independent media and interactive agencies in Poland, Turkey, Russia and South Africa. He has completed and conducted many internal and external trainings and workshops for both group members and business partners.
