This position will be responsible for developing and managing the application and information architecture within the enterprise portal environment.
The selected candidate will provide professional services on major collaborative projects across the Microsoft platform utilizing Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007/2010, SharePoint Designer 2007/2010, InfoPath forms services and various other .NET components. S/he will oversee and participate in the architectural design, development, customization and integration efforts of solutions involving Collaboration, Portals, Content Management, Business Processes, and Forms.
In addition, s/he will also provide technical ad-hoc advertisement to internal customers. The candidate will work closely with other IT functions and business stakeholders to provide strategic and operational direction and oversight to the implementation of the company intranet.
Required Competencies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007, SharePoint Designer 2007, VS.NET, MS-SQL, AD and InfoPath technologies. Certification in MOSS (Microsoft Office SharePoint Server) would be considered as a plus.
- Strong technical skills in Visual Studio 2005/2008 and .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, HTML/CSS/XSLT.
- Strong understanding of MOSS 2007 architecture and content management concepts.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Object Model and SharePoint Designer.

Education
- Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, engineering or equivalent.
Previous Experience
- 2 years or more documented experience in web design and enterprise portal management.
- 2 years or more documented experience with the Visual Studio Development Environment.
- 1 years or more experience with custom web part development.
- 2 years or more experience maintaining web content.
- 2 years or more experience and knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and ASP.NET.
