InternetQ is a leading provider of mobile marketing and digital entertainment services, offering technologies that entertain and engage global mobile users and enable mobile operators and enterprises to enrich their dialogue with consumers.

The International Operations team is responsible for the design and implementation of all SMS and mega promo campaigns of the group, the account management as well as business development opportunities and materialization throughout the globe.

Purpose of the role:

The role is responsible for managing the accounts in order to support international projects and increase of sales. Furthermore, he will be involved in a day – to - day monitoring and analysis of the products, validating their performance.

Accountabilities:

  • Acquires new users via mobile- and online affiliate programs for premium mobile services
  • Negotiates and purchase media space on a CPM, CPC, and CPA basis.
  • Develops and grows relationships with Ad Networks, Affiliate Networks and Publishers.
  • Identifies and manages partners with a strong grasp of partners’ business models, and key industry trends – and consistently seek ways to build and grow our partners’ business.
  • Participates and contribute to ideas for mobile marketing and recruits new partners.
  • Continuously communicates performance/results and maintain a pulse on key trends in the affiliate marketing & online media buying industry.
  • Analyzes key metrics and patterns to understand growth trends, and help identify/investigate compliance issues.
  • Sets goals/success metrics, key milestones and plans with team and partners, and execute against them.
  • Manages ongoing communication vehicles with publishers to understand key challenges and drive innovation/improvements for the business.
  • Works closely with other departments within other departments to achieve set goals.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Business Administration.
  • Master’s Degree in relevant field would be considered as an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of one or more of the following languages: Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, Serbian, Croatian, Russian, Arabic, German, French, Italian, English, Thai, Malay, Indonesian, Chinese.
  • Experience in account management in a fast-paced multinational environment, with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent understanding of affiliate marketing, direct publisher sales & network online sales would be considered as an asset.
  • Knowledge and management of Adwords.
  • Proven track record on effective online and mobile media buying, campaigns optimization is desirable.
  • Experience in building effective partner relationships.

  • Very familiar with the newest online and mobile (advertising) technologies.

Role other dimensions:

  • Role reports to Business Director, Value Added Services.
  • Role has regular interface with various departments across the group, as well as external partners.

Flexible working options:

  • Needs to work in tight schedule and be flexible in changing priorities according to business or finance department requirements.
  • Needs to travel occasionally.
