The Recruiting Process

At InternetQ, we strongly believe that building new teams or bringing new talents on board is paramount to our future success. We value the level of expertise and experience that either graduates or experienced professionals can bring to our organization. Our process consists of the following steps, but please be aware that this may vary in some cases.

The Discovery Process

Your first step is probably to browse our website to get a feel for who we are, the type of work we do, our working environment, and our people. If you decide InternetQ offers the right environment for you, please search our jobs database for available positions that match your skills and interest, and follow the instructions to submit your resume or CV.

The Interview/Selection Process

If you’re chosen among the most qualified candidates, we’ll contact you to discuss your resume or CV. This may result in a first interview where we will want to discuss your experiences and interests and gain an understanding of how you fit with our culture and business goals. You will also have the opportunity to get additional information about the position and what it is like to work at InternetQ.

If you are selected to participate in the next stage of the process, you may have interviews with InternetQ executives and require a more in-depth discussion of your skills and experiences. In many cases, mainly in technical roles, we run assessment tests, created for InternetQ, to assess the technical capabilities of our candidates.

If you are selected for the job, then a job offer will be communicated to you, including all necessary information regarding your agreement.

Before you start, we’ll conduct a verification of your skills, including verification of education and previous employment.
