Recruitment and Selection

Finding the right person to work with us is critical to our overall success.

Our selection procedure is as follows::

  1. CV  screening & shortlisting

    The HR department screens all submitted CVs, creates an initial shortlist, and feeds back to the line manager, who draws up the final short list.

  1. Interviews & Tests

    Shortlisted candidates are invited to interview, and if necessary a second shortlist is created for a further round of interviews. For more senior positions, candidates may also be asked to sit relevant occupational tests at this stage.

  1. Selection

    After completing all interviews, line managers and HR personnel re-evaluate the CVs and make a final selection. The HR make a final offer to the selected candidate. Applicants who are not selected are informed by the HR department.

  1. Hiring & induction

    An induction period is planned when an employee first starts. This will include a meeting with the HR department to cover company policies & procedures, payment and any other relevant issues.
